BRILLANTE AWARD WINNER FOR NOT-FOR-PROFIT EXCELLENCE
The National Hispanic Business Association
The National Society of Hispanic MBA's (NSHMBA) announced its 2008 Brillante Award winners through its formal newsletter this month. The National Hispanic Business Association will be recognized for its continued support of emerging Latinos who are majoring in business as the Winner in the Not for Profit Excellence Category.
Recipients of the BRILLANTE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE will be honored before thousands of America’s leaders at a special award gala during NSHMBA 2008 Annual Conference & Career Expo on October 9-11 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta Georgia. The awards winners’ bios and pictures will be published in the Fall 2008 edition of Hispanic MBA Magazine to further recognize their outstanding efforts in the Hispanic community. In addition, they receive a graphic medallion to post on websites or company stationery, and recognition on the highly visited NSHMBA website.
All nominees are executive leaders who value and promote education, leadership, and diversity. They have a quantifiable and qualitative long-term plan in their perspective lines of business impacting the Hispanic community at large.
The National Society of Hispanic MBAs recognizes the importance of awarding these "llamas brillantes" (bright flames) which illuminate the path for many ambitious MBAs by radiating positive energy to encourage and motivate many others.
